Solomon Moyal is a real estate and logistics investor who began his career in a warehouse role as a teenager and built a multi-state portfolio from the ground up. At 39, he oversees more than 1.5 million square feet of industrial warehouse space, alongside a diversified portfolio of commercial and residential assets across multiple U.S. markets.

He has led acquisitions, repositioning, and operational improvements across his holdings, with a focus on occupancy growth, tenant retention, and long-term value creation. His approach combines hands-on operational expertise with disciplined investment strategy.

Outside of business, he is a devoted family man, avid runner, and collector of fine watches.
